With regard to colour therapy, crystal gemstones are used for their colour properties to remove negativity then to balance and energise the body's energy centres. We use rose or smoky quartz crystal between the lower legs facing their body, rose is for feminine and smoky for masculine energy. This is balanced with a large clear crystal above the head pointing downwards, a small crystal is placed in each hand and we link to them through the hair either by touching the head through cupped fingers or hold open hands just above their head. We use six clear quartz crystals with two termination points, one at each end, for this reason it is called a double terminator. Instead of the crystal growing upwards and downwards, it grows sideways usually in clay beds, allowing termination points to be formed at both ends. This type of crystal has a very strong healing powers as they can draw in, hold and release energy at both ends.

Crystals balance, energise and heal the aura and release negative energy after a negative experience with people or places, they also balance the chakras and release blocked energy. A pendulum is held over the chakra to find out if the chakra closed if so we open it up using a crystal pendulum and mental affirmations saying to yourself ‘let this chakra be open’ and visualise the colour of the relevant chakra until a change is noticed in the swing of the pendulum. Using our intuition we continue until chakras are balanced and feel in harmony, we then close the aura. This method can be used for distant healing using a picture or diagram.
